SAHIYA SLAYS POLICY Thank you for choosing Sahiya Slays and trusting me with your hair. I can’t wait to have you in. X I understand that life happens and sometimes we need to make adjustments so at Sahiya slays we have a fair policy that gives you some flexibility as well as protecting our business. Once booked you can reschedule/ amend your booking up to 48hrs before your appointment via our booking site. I appreciate emergencies happen, so reschedule requests under 48hrs please contact me directly(these are not guaranteed). Your deposit will be transferable to rebook a slot within 10days. PREMIUM SLOTS at Sahiya Slays is closed on Sundays. Premium bookings are available at addition fees which include: -bank holidays -Sunday request -slots before 10am -6pm If your desired slot is not available on the site please contact me directly to make your request. LATENESS A grace period of 15mins will be given - please note that this will be taken into account of your overall treatment time and likely results to treatment time to be cut short. Lateness over 25mins will result to your appointment unfortunately being cancelled. If I have available slots that day I will try and fit you in (not guaranteed),however please note that you will need to rebook a new treatment. It’s important you contact me before your booked time if you are running late. TREATMENTS If it’s your first time getting a particular treatment done, a patch test is mandatory 24-48hrs in advance. This helps rule out any potential reactions. Please refrain from having any products on your hair; especially gel, oils or hair spray. *please do not book if you have any active scalp conditions affecting the treatment. If in doubt please contact me prior. Colour services It's important to let us know any colour history you’ve had in the past 5 years so we can rule out any complications. After a keratin treatment, there is a 4 day period during which washing your hair, or tying the hair is not recommended as well as putting the hair behind your ear. The first 24 hours are quite restricted. Please plan accordingly. For clients with a history of colour services, please note some colours may not be achievable and will result in us not being able to complete the service. We always offer alternative options and this may be what we can do with the time and resources available otherwise we are happy to schedule you in at a later time to discuss possible options based on your preferences. It is advisable to not have assertive build up, greasy in your hair or any untreated scalp conditions including scabs. You are required see your dermatologist before attending your appointment. DURING APPOINTMENT I understand that sometimes you may just want to relax; I you wish to have a silent appointment or particular music request please don’t hesitate to let me know prior. Due to limited space at the salon we currently cannot accommodate any plus ones or children. Please be kindly advised that we charge £30 for toner, £20 shoulder length, £30 mid back and £40 hip length as a surcharge for most of our services especially, colour services, keratin treatments, silk press and other treatments including wash cut and Blowdry services. Please send us a picture of your hair as well as your desired look so that we can conduct a speedy consultation ✨Most importantly I want you to have an enjoyable, luxury comfortable experience, please feel free to ask for any special requests to help elevate your appointment. Upon arrival please contact us or wait at the land mark point until the time of your appointment. We are an indoors salon located in on Cuba street. The building name Endeavour. Please note you will receive a call upon the time of your appointment and do not accept early arrival or later arrival as you will be required to come at the time of your appointment and if early please wait until the time of your appointment to avoid distribution.
